OUR FOCUS:

Movement Training

Training starts with agility, balance, and coordination to build control and body awareness. Foot and ankle prep improves stability and reduces injury risk. Plyometrics focus on low-intensity, high-volume vertical jumps, progressing from basic to advanced patterns to enhance landing and deceleration skills.

Weight Room

Athlete-Centered Approach

Training is tailored to each athlete’s developmental stage and ability level. The focus stays on safe, controlled movements using bodyweight and light resistance, promoting proper form, coordination, and long-term development.
